I've had a few small maintenance issues, but nothing crazy.
I am in one of the worst units in the complex however, so the stairs are on one side, and the door is on the other. We also are the only unit with no balcony, but paying for the square footage of a balcony.
Other than that though, and that's not management's fault my experience here has been great. My only other concern is the lack of a large amount of security at night. There's one security guard and he often stays in the office, so the little strip between the buildings can get rowdy occasionally. That said, my unit is really nice, I love the stainless steel, and feel like it's fairly priced for what you get.
During the day, the complex is really quiet. I've been in school a while and been to many different student housing facilities. I'm a grad student and I've had some horror stories, but this place seems to really be managed well by people that care.
My balcony door was broken so Put in a maintenance request and within 10 minutes Peter showed up and fixed my door super fast.
He was very polite and really good at what he did! Shelby and Peter in maintenance were amazing!! We had a work order for our fridge and it was fixed within days. Considering the number of apartments and residents, this time frame is fantastic! Thank you Shelby and Peter!! More Reviews.
